Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end tender management through GeM Portal and various e-Procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete tendering process on GeM Portal (Bids, BOQ, RA, Orders)
- Manage tenders on e-Procurement portals (Central/State/PSU)
- Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders
- Prepare and upload technical & commercial bid documents
- Coordinate for EMD, BG, compliance documents, and certifications
- Ensure timely bid submissions and amendments
- Track tender status, results, and clarifications
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and approvals
- Maintain tender records and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with tender terms & government procurement norms
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in GeM Portal bidding & order management
- Hands-on experience with e-Procurement systems
- Good understanding of tender documentation & compliance
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
- Any Graduate (MBA/PG preferred)
