Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead
the expansion of our operations across India. This high-impact, strategic role goes far beyond
traditional sales — it demands a forward-thinking leader who can drive business growth, innovate
marketing and sales processes, and align cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
As the BDM, you will take ownership of developing new markets, fostering key partnerships, and
translating business strategy into actionable plans that generate sustained revenue growth. You will
be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market approach, optimizing our client engagement strategies,
and ensuring our business development efforts align with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold
    calling, email campaigns, and networking. Build a strong pipeline by qualifying leads and
    nurturing potential clients.
  • Client Engagement & Field Sales : Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product
    demonstrations to showcase software solutions and services, tailoring presentations to client
    needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product,
    and Operations to align sales strategies, create customized pitches, and optimize the client
    acquisition process.
  • Market Research & Analysis : Perform industry research to stay updated on market trends,
    competitor offerings, and potential client needs, using insights to drive effective sales campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key
    stakeholders and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and
    performance benchmarks.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals,
    and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure : Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close
    deals effectively while ensuring mutual value and compliance.
  • Feedback Loop : Provide actionable client feedback to product and marketing teams to support
    product enhancements and campaign improvements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Services and Solutions, preferably in IT service or tech
    driven industry.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA
    preferred).
  • Proven experience in leading Business Development teams and managing high-volume B2B
    Enterprise Sales.
