Pre-Sales Executive

Job Description

CHRP India is seeking a consultative, technically aware Pre-Sales Executive to engage with inbound leads for our XR, VR, and eLearning solutions. This role focuses on qualifying prospects, identifying solution fit, and preparing custom proposals — especially for public/private tenders and enterprise clients. This is a solutioning role, not a cold-calling role. You’ll interact with already-interested customers and help craft the technical and business case for our services

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads from digital channels, industry referrals, and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess requirements, priorities, and technical constraints.
  • Propose custom solutions aligned to customer needs in safety training, eLearning, or VR-based learning.
  • Deliver product demonstrations for our LMS-like XR dashboard, VR simulations, or digital training solutions.
  • Support bid preparation by responding to RFPs, RFIs, and GeM or government tenders.
  • Create structured proposals with documentation, use cases, samples, and pricing inputs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, development, XR engineers) to gather accurate inputs.
  • Maintain CRM documentation for visibility on lead status and conversion pipeline.
  • Act as a technical liaison to guide prospective clients on feasibility, delivery timelines, and ROI.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or technical support roles.
  • Candidates with 1+ year in the VR/eLearning/XR domain will be prioritized over general tech sales experience.
  • Familiarity with solution sales in B2B/enterprise environments.
  • Ability to understand and explain VR, AR, LMS, and training platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (especially in email and proposal writing).
  • Experience working with RFPs, RFIs, and understanding of public sector bidding (GeM, PSUs, large corporates).
  • Hands-on with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot) and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Notion).
