Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end tender management through GeM Portal and various e-Procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete tendering process on GeM Portal (Bids, BOQ, RA, Orders)
  • Manage tenders on e-Procurement portals (Central/State/PSU)
  • Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders
  • Prepare and upload technical & commercial bid documents
  • Coordinate for EMD, BG, compliance documents, and certifications
  • Ensure timely bid submissions and amendments
  • Track tender status, results, and clarifications
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and approvals
  • Maintain tender records and MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with tender terms & government procurement norms

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in GeM Portal bidding & order management
  • Hands-on experience with e-Procurement systems
  • Good understanding of tender documentation & compliance
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification

  • Any Graduate (MBA/PG preferred)
